Ground Service
Most orders shipped via Ground Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Ground orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: orders destined for U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
2-Day and 3-Day Service
- 2-Day and 3-Day orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability.
- 2-Day and 3-Day orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders shipped via 2-Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
- Orders shipped via 3-Day Service are delivered within 3-4 business days from the order’s ship date.
- We're sorry. Orders destined for APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2-Day and 3-Day Service.
- 2-Day and 3-Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
P.O. Boxes and International Orders
We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to Washington, DC locations. For deliveries outside of Washington, DC, sales tax is not collected./p>
Restricted Items
The US Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts certain items from being shipped by air if they could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. These items include aerosols and alcohol-based products such as pressurized spray cans, and fragrances.
We're committed to getting you your order as soon as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require orders containing one of these items to be shipped via Ground service only.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses. If your order contains one of these items you must choose standard shipping for your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love everything you order from Andre Chreky, the salon spa. All products that are unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase will be fully refunded. We do not accept any returns on electric or tool items once opened. Returned products must be accompanied by a receipt and sent postage paid. For exchanges and improper addresses provided, we do charge for the additional shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping the return. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to reflect on your card. Store Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Missing or Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any missing items or damages that may have occurred during shipment. Please contact us immediately at 1-800-833-3358 if there is a problem. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, the in-stock items will ship first and the backordered item(s) will ship as they become available. You'll only pay one shipping fee for orders sent in multiple shipments.
